Restoration and maintenance work on condominium entrance gates, aimed at improving their aesthetic appearance, functionality, and the safety of shared access points.

The work will include, depending on the condition of the existing structures:

• Cleaning and preparation of surfaces, including the removal of old paint, oxidation, and deteriorated sections;
• Repairing and filling any imperfections, cracks, and damaged areas;
• Treatment of metal surfaces against corrosion, where necessary;

• Removal of deteriorated or damaged elements, where necessary;
• Replacement and repositioning of damaged or broken roof tiles;
• Restoration of waterproofing elements and related sealing;
• Repair of junction points, valleys, ridges, and perimeter areas;
• Inspection and restoration, where necessary, of sheet-metalwork and rainwater collection and drainage systems;
• Inspection of the stability and correct positioning of the roof covering elements;
• Final roof cleaning and removal of construction debris.

The work will be carried out using suitable materials compatible with the existing roof covering, ensuring the restoration of watertightness as well as the safety and proper functionality of the roof.

The work involved the complete removal of the existing plaster from the walls in order to expose the underlying stone structure.

The stone surfaces were then cleaned and prepared, with particular attention paid to the joints between the individual stones. The joints were subsequently finished and filled using a suitable mortar, with the aim of consolidating and regularizing the masonry while enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the exposed stone.

The intervention was aimed at restoring the existing masonry, refining its appearance, and achieving a uniform and orderly finish, while taking into account the characteristics and conditions of the basement rooms.
